Microsoft Dynamics CRM 5.0

Too early to have such a title. Did you think the same?

Well, Microsoft has announced the next release of CRM around the end of 2009. You might want to check out for yourself.

I'm sure most of us are looking forward to v5, based on the list of possible features that have appeared on various blogs. However, from what I've heard the release of CRM 5 will not take place this year but rather in 2010, together with the Office 2010 release wave. Here's one post regarding this:
